The challenge when it comes to minimalist design is the simplistic nature of colours, the minimal color scheme in the design allows for a higher depth of contrast, in this design the dominant color of the project which is white is broken down by the black accent details in the facade and the main boundary wall.
These qualities are extended throughout all areas of the first floor as well mixing darker and lighter tones of neutral with few accents of deep reds.

We successfully balanced the social and private areas of the home. We designed the openings on the exterior consequentially, resulting in a balanced, asymmetrical exterior in which we minimized all excesses.

Contemporary designed villa. The aesthetic of this design is based on the contrast between darker tones and lighter tones, with metal touches adding the luxurious factor to it.
Majlis
A modern majlis design, defined by light colors and simple straight lines, breaking the color palette with a hazel brown accent color, making it visually pleasing. The space also hosts the formal dining and a clean kitchen.
Family Hall
Monochromatically colored contemporary living hall design, contrasting between warm stone hues and whites, bringing out the beauty of both.
Dining Room
Attaching the dining table to the kitchen island is a smart option for saving space and allowing uninterrupted motion track around both.
