Villa Passage

Two stone blades frame the main volume, with a glazed double-height facade set between them behind slim vertical fins. On the left, a glass bridge spans the driveway on a single stone pier, linking the two wings of the villa.

Broad stone steps rise from the forecourt to the entrance, flanked by planting, boulders and sculptural pots. Long horizontal windows cut into the stone facade, while the glass bridge marks the drive-through access to the rear.

: Linear lighting under each step and recessed in-ground lights guide visitors from the street to the front door. The glazed bridge and upper floors glow from within, showing the interiors behind the stone frames.

A paved terrace links the pool and lounge seating to the main living spaces through full-height glazing. Pebble beds, boulders and lantern-style lights frame a sunken fire pit, creating a separate place to gather in the garden.

Lit steps lead down into the fire pit, set within a dry garden of river pebbles, boulders and desert planting. Bollard lights and glowing lanterns mark the paths, while the stone-framed villa and glass bridge are lit behind.
