Villa Majaz | IM24020
Concept
This project is conceived as a modern sanctuary where organic architecture meets resort-style luxury. The core idea centers on fluidity—fluid movement, fluid light, and fluid form. Every line is softened, every transition is gentle, and every space is designed to feel calm and elevated. The sweeping roofline becomes the villa’s signature gesture, embracing the structure like a continuous ribbon while creating shaded terraces and sculptural overhangs. The home is arranged around a central courtyard and pool, allowing water, greenery, and sky to become part of the daily experience. The result is a residence that feels immersive, tranquil, and emotionally engaging—crafted for modern living, yet timeless in expression.

Architecture
Architecturally, the villa combines contemporary minimalism with expressive curvature. The exterior is defined by rounded glazing, layered horizontal planes, and a unified roof form that acts as a sculptural canopy. Vertical wooden fins and textured panels add rhythm and warmth, contrasting elegantly with smooth white façades. The use of full-height glass reinforces transparency and creates uninterrupted visual connections across the property—from the grand entrance to the courtyard, pool deck, and upper terraces.
Approach
- Organic Fluidity The villa is shaped with soft, continuous curves that guide movement naturally and soften the architectural massing.
- Resort-Inspired Living Spatial planning mirrors luxury hospitality, creating a calm and indulgent environment centered around relaxation and openness.
- Sculptural Forms Floating edges, cantilevered balconies, and rounded corners give the villa a dynamic profile from every angle.
- Symmetry & Balance A strong symmetrical entrance and axial alignment create a sense of arrival and grandeur.
- Indoor–Outdoor Fusion Expansive glazing dissolves boundaries between interior spaces, the pool courtyard, and surrounding greenery.
