Villa Archea | IM25052
Concept
This villa is conceived as a sculptural living form where curves, shadows, and materials come together to create a serene architectural presence. The design embraces soft geometry to counter the harshness of the desert context, using rounded volumes, layered façades, and warm textures to express quiet luxury. Light becomes a core design element — filtered through vertical screens, reflected on soft plaster surfaces, and contrasted against rich brick tones — shaping the villa’s atmosphere throughout the day. The result is a home that feels grounded, private, and timeless, yet contemporary in its expression

Architecture
Architecturally, the villa is organized through a series of curved masses interconnected by vertical voids and large glazing planes. The façade composition integrates three key materials — textured brick, smooth render, and wooden cladding — arranged to emphasize depth and proportion. Privacy is achieved through custom shading screens and perforated brickwork, allowing controlled transparency while maintaining thermal comfort. The building’s geometry enhances cross-ventilation, while the strategic placement of terraces and openings ensures natural light reaches deep into the interior. The overall approach balances structural clarity, environmental performance, and aesthetic refinement.
Approach
- Material Harmony We combine textured brick, smooth plaster, and warm wood tones to create a balanced, timeless exterior.
- Soft Geometry The curved volumes soften the building mass and enhance the villa’s sculptural, modern presence.
- Filtered Privacy Custom screens and perforated brickwork provide natural ventilation while maintaining full privacy from the exterior.
- Light & Shadow Control The architectural forms are designed to capture soft daylight and create dramatic shadow play throughout the day.
- Indoor–Outdoor Blending Large openings and layered landscaping connect interior living areas with the surrounding greenery, offering a seamless daily flow.
