Lumina Tower
Concept
A residential tower designed as a continuous spatial experience rather than a vertical stack of units. The concept is driven by hospitality-level living, where each space transitions seamlessly into the next through controlled light, warm materiality, and refined geometry. Double-height volumes, soft tonal palettes, and sculptural elements create a calm, immersive environment that balances privacy with openness, transforming everyday living into a curated architectural experience.

Approach
- Vertical Living Experience Spaces are designed as a sequence, not isolated floors—creating continuity from lobby to private units.
- Hospitality-Driven Interiors Lobby, lounges, and amenities follow a hotel-like language, elevating the resident experience.
- Double-Height Spatial Identity Key areas are defined by vertical expansion, enhancing light distribution and spatial hierarchy.
- Material Continuity Natural stone, wood textures, and soft fabrics create a cohesive palette across all zones.
- Framed Views Strategy Full-height glazing captures skyline views while maintaining interior calmness and privacy.
- Zoning Through Geometry Furniture layouts, ceiling lines, and partitions define functions without visual fragmentation.
- Integrated Lighting Layers Indirect lighting enhances textures, depth, and atmosphere across all spaces.
- Indoor–Outdoor Connection Terraces, pools, and glazing extend living spaces beyond the interior envelope.
- Amenity Integration Fitness, lounge, and relaxation zones are seamlessly embedded within the architectural flow.
- Calm Minimalism Visual noise is reduced through controlled detailing and consistent material transitions.
