Serene Villa

The rounded timber ceiling panel defines the dining zone, with amber glass pendants hung in a line above the table. Behind it, a travertine island sits in front of full-height timber cabinetry and backlit display shelving.

A burl wood panel with a textured glass sconce sits between the timber shelving units, giving the corner a warm, low-lit focus. Deep brown upholstery and a soft-pile rug complete a quiet place to read.

A cove-lit ceiling with a fluted cornice runs above wall panelling and a large abstract artwork. Full-height glazing on one side opens the seating area to the garden, while textured pendants hang low over the dining table.

The rounded marble arch frames a bronze figurative sculpture set against full-height glazing and garden views. An onyx console, a mirror and an upholstered bench line the hallway, with warm plaster walls on either side.

The repeated arches create a framed sequence of rooms, leading the eye from the stair hall to a fluted glass library cabinet. Timber stair panelling and stone treads balance the dark veining of the marble.

The tall arch rises behind the seating area, framing the glass chandeliers as the room’s main feature. Full-height glazing with layered curtains runs along one side, and a curved stair and marble arches lead off the space.

A large artwork sits above the cove-lit ceiling step that marks the change from the double-height living room to the dining zone. Patterned upholstery, a low stone coffee table and a tufted rug layer texture across the seating area.

Glass wall sconces are mounted on the burl panels between the shelving bays, giving the room a soft, even glow. A cream rug with abstract rust details and a velvet lounge chair complete the reading space.

Linear and amber glass pendants light the island and the onyx dining table beside it. Full-height glazing with sheer curtains brings garden views and daylight into the kitchen.

The plaster stair curves around a stacked bronze sculpture, with timber-lined balustrades and stone treads. A red patterned rug defines the piano lounge, while green marble arches lead off toward the entrance gallery.
