Architecture
Furniture Plan
You'll notice right away how the plan's design allows the outmost interaction with the outdoor, especially for main spaces. This project showcases how the seamless integration of contemporary design, and the beauty of nature can result in a living space that is both functional and aesthetically stunning.
Modern architecture and natural materials in our minds may seem like an unlikely pairing, but our stunning villa project is proving that the two can coexist in perfect harmony.
Stone cladding used as an accent in a modern exterior facade, brings the natural look to it and establishes an aesthetically pleasing finish.
Interior Design
Entrance Lobby
An entrance is the place to make a first impression on any house's style. in this project we kept it light and simple to reflect the modern design our client's envisioned.
Living Room
A neutral and lighter color palette with a pop of color is very common in modern designs, lighter colors let the shapes define the design, so we made sure we go for unique curved furniture pieces, while using a pop of color can balance out elements.
Family Dining
Connecting the kitchen counter to the family dining table, creates an interactive space where the person preparing food doesn't get left out of conversations.
Majlis
Curved furniture is a new trend in interior design for this year and it's all about rounded corners, soft edges and arched shapes. In the majlis design we kept the same aesthetic of the rest of the project with the warm and cozy vibes that lets the guests feel welcomed.
Formal Dining
Lighter colors create a refreshing atmosphere and have calming effects that add a touch of elegance to your formal dining room design, as well as uplifting your guests' mood and energy at gatherings.
Office
Leather can be seen as a more manly material, that would make an office more masculine by adding it as an accent piece. Leather goes really well with darker shades, which adds on the masculine feel of the design.
Playroom
A kids' playroom is usually sectioned to include different fun activities for the kids to do. Kids spaces should be carefully designed to be both enjoyable and safe.
Landscape
Modern landscape design that features natural materials is a design approach that combines contemporary design principles with the beauty of nature, creating a sleek and sophisticated look, while still maintaining a connection to nature.
The landscape is designed with the same materials of the exterior design, to blend it nicely with the facade. The large glass openings are essential to create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
This type of landscaping incorporates natural materials such as stone, wood, and plants to create a harmonious and sustainable outdoor space.
In essence, seamlessly flowing between spaces is exactly what we wanted to achieve with this project. The features and elements used in this design makes it a true embodiment of modern luxury living. This project showcases how contemporary design can be fused with the beauty of nature.
