Architecture construction
Uniquely simple furniture and the concept of "form over function" characterizes this contemporary modern villa. The main materials we used are natural such as wood, leather, glass, and stone, and a warm, neutral color palette. This creative interior focuses on simplicity, functionality, and clean lines to create inviting spaces for family and guests.
The open floor plan removes barriers between rooms, while large clear windows flood the space with light enriching the idea of spaciousness.
We started the design process by focusing on the "wow" feel we want the family to feel once entering a home. We emphasized the double height by extending the TV unit up both floors. For the central family seating, we selected a sofa unit that faces the three social areas: living, dining, and kitchen. The formal areas of the home blend luxury and the creative energy the rest of the villa is enriched with.
Architecture Design
In the axonometric 3D Drawings below, note how we spatially organized the villa, showing the wide open spaces and the more private rooms. This helped us better present our concept to the client

Proposed furniture plan layout for Ground & First Floor & Concept Moodboard
Modern interior design can be characterised by furniture with simple form and function, the use of natural materials such as wood, leather, glass, and stone, and a warm, neutral colour palette. It focuses on simplicity, functionality, and clean lines to create inviting spaces.
Modern design emphasises uncluttered spaces.
They’re typically characterised by open floor plans, which remove barriers between rooms, and large clear windows. Both of these design elements create a lighter,& more spacious feel.

The main family hall, on the Ground Floor, is a wide open space encompassing family living, dining, an open kitchen, ladies' majlis, and the staircase. The design within the open plan ensures that all areas are connected and well communicating with each other. You may notice how the partition near the dining allows light to pass, the triangular-looking sofa allows communication between living, dining, and kitchen, lastly, the column in the kitchen is connected with a fake column which we bridged with open shelves for exposition.
Men & Ladies Majlis
The formal areas of the house, the ladies & men majlis, and formal dining maintain the creative and innovative feel while still having the luxurious aesthetic typical of the local culture.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are layered over a neutral base, meaning that all long-term elements are earthy, and anonymous and work well with the unique features which are more easily changeable in time, and which make each bedroom unique.
