Construction and Fitout
With its dark exterior, this villa presents itself as dramatic and bold, a perfect aesthetic aligned with our client's desire to be different! Being an already built villa we had to demolish most of the existing walls to rebuild above it to achieve the defined-futuristic edges. Once entered the user is brought into an overall dark space made dynamic through strip lighting which runs throughout the interiors, an atlas recalling the digital world.
Even when choosing the colors we purposely went for dark, desaturated textures upon which the neon lighting fixtures would pop. In the private area of the home, the first floor, all bedrooms are placed and maintain the same feel as the downstairs hall, while still having unique features.
Architecture
Furniture Plan & Exterior 3D Design
The ground floor presents itself as the socializing hub, being overall open plus a guest's room. On the first floor, we have the master suite and kids' bedroom, while lastly, the roof offers a private cinema room, a gaming room, and a social hall which includes living, dining, and a fully-equipt pantry.

Interior Design
Entrance Hall
When entering the villa, the dark feel, highlighted by the neon presence is broken down by biophilic elements which cover accent walls.
Family Hall | Living
We were able to successfully bring a warm and comforting appeal to the family hall, thanks to the dark space created. We brought attention to the central tv unit by framing it with a gypsum element which visually connects us with the kitchen and dining area of the room, on the opposite side.

Master Suite
The uniqueness of the master suite lies in the combination of raw and ultra-lucid materials. The rock-like effect behind the headboard is balanced with the clean finishes of the rotating tv unit and highlighted by the double-sided fireplace.
Master Bathroom
On the opposite side of the fireplace, in the master bathroom, the bathtub is placed facing the sink unit. We also included a small Finnish sauna- below you can see the ongoing site photo of it.
Here as well the space is predominantly dark, light up thanks to the white marble flooring.
Kids Bedroom
Roof living
The roof living room is designed keeping in mind the concept of a man cave. We included a tv seating, fuse ball, table tennis, and air hockey games. Concluding the back side of the room we set up a toy collection which the villa owner is very passionate about. The Roof floor also hosts a private cinema room and a gaming room
Gaming Room
The highly futuristic gaming room is padded with acoustic 3D Panels which are then highlighted with neon strip lighting.
Landscape Design
The back-yard landscape completes the villa in its totality, the wide open windows of the main hall open up to a sunken majlis near the jacuzzi, all overlooking first the pool and then the maxi screen. On the right side, we place the bbq area with a bar-like island, in theme with the futuristic feel the exterior has, while on the left we placed the outdoor dining table.
